After a very long time of trying to find the time, patience and someone to help me they are finally DONE! My kitchen had hardwood floors that did not match the original hardwood floors in the rest of my house and the red tones that did not work with my pink cabinets. I LOVE painted wood floors and decided to carry out the black and white theme into my kitchen by painting them checkered. All the articles and blogs I read made it seem so simple which I KNEW it wouldn't be and it WAS NOT!
After months of harassing my painter and handyman, I finally took matters into my own hands (knees and back)! Well, I also harassed my friends and my best friend being the GEM that she is helped a sista out!
